Delivery Information

Victoria Rose Décor will communicate with you after 72 hours to schedule a delivery of the merchandise that you have purchased. At the time of delivery, a person of 18 years old or older must be present; a signature will be obligatory for reference of reception.

Our delivery personnel will not be in charge of assembling any merchandise purchased. Assembly is up to the customer.

The customer is responsible for verifying that his/her doorways, stairways and storage areas are large enough to enable the delivery personnel to easily deliver the merchandise.

For safety reasons, our delivery personnel is not authorized to remove their footwear, we ask the client to protect his/her floors and carpets to avoid damages; we will not be accountable for any damages done to the flooring or carpets during delivery.

Victoria Rose Décor is responsible for the safety of the delivery personnel, Delays in delivery may occur due to weather conditions, road conditions and another unforeseen event.
You will be contacted by customer service to be advised of any delays that will occur, and if needed, a rescheduled delivery date.
